Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons chicken broth
4 ounces cream cheese
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons brandy
1 onions, small
1/2 lb chicken livers

Directions

  • 1 Bring liver, onions, chicken broth, brandy to boil.
  • 2 Cook 5 min.
  • 3 Put in blender.
  • 4 Add paprika, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • 5 Blend on high.
  • 6 Add butter and cream cheese. Pour in a mold or container.
  • 7 Let stand covered in refrigerator until firm about 3 hours.
